When the feet are busy, pushing off with the fingers on keys that are being played may be a good way to pivot.
Beginning with the feet on low C-sharp and D-sharp, play a chord with both hands on the Great. Push off with the fingers to reach the middle C-sharp and D-sharp with the two feet, and then the highest C-sharp and D-sharp. Now push off with the fingers and come back down with the feet.
